From February 18, 2025, Vietnam Food Safety Authority will begin accepting and processing online submissions through the Ministry of Health's Administrative Procedures Information System.
The goal is to enhance management efficiency and facilitate organizations and individuals in carrying out food safety-related procedures.The groups of administrative procedures implemented online include:
- Registration of health supplement product declarations.
- Registration of new functional food additive product declarations.
- Registration of health supplement advertising content.
- Issuance of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificates.
- Issuance of HC and CFS certificates.
To submit documents, individuals and organizations need to access the website dichvucong.moh.gov.vn. For any inquiries during the use of the service, please contact support via phone at 02462732173 or email at dichvucong@moh.gov.vn. The one-stop officer for food safety is Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan (phone: 0982131233) and the head of the one-stop department is Ms. Bui Thi Hong Nuong, Chief of the Office of the Department (phone: 0907231976).
The Ministry of Health's Public Service Portal is an integrated platform for online public services, procedures, timelines, and administrative procedure results, based on data sharing with the Ministry of Health's electronic one-stop information system. Since 2014, the Ministry of Health has been providing level 4 public services, including the issuance of conformity announcement receipts and certificates of conformity with food safety regulations, as well as the issuance of certificates of eligibility for food safety.
The Ministry of Health's Public Service Portal helps citizens and businesses easily submit documents online, look up and track the status of administrative procedures without having to visit the agency in person.
