- On October 07, 2024 according to EU regulation (EU) 2024/2612 regards maximum residue levels for Chitosan, Clopyralid, Difenoconazole, Fat distillation residues, Flonicamid, Hydrolysed proteins and Lavandulyl senecioatein or on certain products:
For the active substance Flonicamid, maximum residue levels were set in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. For the active substances Clopyralid and Difenoconazole, MRLs were set in Part A of Annex III to that Regulation. For Chitosan, Fat distillation residues, Hydrolysed proteins, and Lavandulyl senecioate no specific MRLs were set, nor were those substances included in Annex IV to that Regulation.

- On October 08, 2024 according to EU regulation (EU) 2024/2619 regards maximum residue levels for Fosetyl, Phosphonic acid and its salts expressed as phosphonic acid in or on certain products:
For fosetyl, potassium phosphonates and disodium phosphonate, maximum residue levels were set in Part A of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. As these three active substances degrade to phosphonic acid, it was appropriate to jointly assess their residues. Proposed to change the residue definition for enforcement purposes for the three active substances from “Fosetyl-Al (sum of fosetyl, phosphonic acid and their salts, expressed as fosetyl)” to “Phosphonic acid and its salts, expressed as phosphonic acid”, and proposed new MRLs based on that residue definition.
