On 20/06/2024 and 26/06/2024, the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) added maximum residue levels for Spiromesifen and Afidopyropen in or on certain products, specifically as follows :
- 20/06/2026 : additional emergency exemption limit for Afidopyropen in Strawberries is 0.3 (Expiration date: December 31, 2027)
