On March 4, 2024, Japan MHLW issued amendment regarding the revision of 9 pesticides and veterinary drugs in certain food products. The amendment will be implemented immediately upon publication. The change is as follows:
- MRLs in food have been revised for the following 6 substances: Iprodione, Cyfluthrin, Cyflufenamid, Paraquat, Pydiflumetofen, Buprofezin.
- MRLs in food have been newly established for the following 3 substance: Dichloromesothiaz, Dimesulfazet và 1,4-dimethylnaphthalene.
