[Japan]. Cases of Violation of The Japan food sanitation act originated from Viet Nam First 3 months of 2024.

In the first quarter of 2024, Vietnamese food exported into Japan violated Japan's food safety law, of which 6 cases were related to seafood and seafood products, 1 case for tree nuts, 1 case for fruits vegetables. As the following:
- Salted pistachios: Aflatoxin 152 µg/kg (aflatoxin B1 129.8 µg/kg, B2: 22.6 µg/kg).
- Frozen seafood and seafood products: contaminated with live bacteria count, coliform and residue of the antibiotic enrofloxacin.
- Frozen chili: residue pesticide isocarbophos 0.11ppm
