[EU]. Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1318 and (EU) 2024/1314 amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as regards maximum residue levels for Prothioconazole and Dithianonin in or on certain products.

On May 16, 2024  the European Union issued Regulation (EU) 2024/1318; (EU) 2024/1314  amending regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as regards to the maximum residue levels for Prothioconazole and Dithianonin in or on certain products.

  • On 15/05/2024 EU issued (EU) 2024/1318 will apply to increase the level of Prothioconazole residue on Sugar beet roots and Chicory roots compared to current regulations as following:

  • On 21/05/2024 EU issued (EU) 2024/1314 will apply to reduce the level of Dithianonin  residue on Apple and Pear compared to current regulations as following:
